tool is for you. The file will be updated regularly as we add more master mixes
to our program, an email with the update will be sent to any registered users of
the file.

program modified to specifically meet your laboratory's standard buffers, and
even instrumentation. There you can specify your particular buffer needs.
You might just want to download the file anyhow, as the only buffer specific
items are the volume of the master mix and the concentration of the Magnesium
Chloride, which you can easily work around with the existing software.
