not only design your assay and confirm that the assay works, but
also optimize the reaction conditions to meet your reaction sensitivity,

FluorEssence Optimization Packages include the following:

Fluoresentric consults with you via phone and/or
e-mail to determine the type of assay that you require and the
intended use of the assay.

Fluoresentric then designs the probes and primers
for a real time PCR (RTPCR) assay against a target sequence
according to the needs specified by you.

Using homology searches in appropriate genetic
databases, Fluoresentric confirms the specificity of the probes
and primer designs.

Fluoresentric orders the appropriate probes
and primers.

Fluoresentric performs extensive quality assurance
on the primers and probes.

Fluoresentric optimizes the RTPCR reaction
conditions (Quantification, Genotyping, Detection, etc.)

Fluoresentric sends you ~200 reactions of quality
assured (QA'd) probes and primers to conduct assays and specific
written instructions to assist you in running your custom assay.
